Founder & President
Founded in 2019 by Emma Ramos, Ms International Texas was created to redefine what a pageant can be — a launchpad for leaders, a celebration of service, and a community where ambition meets grace. Held every two years, each season gathers remarkable women from across the state to compete not just for a crown, but for a platform.
What began as a vision has become a biennial tradition — a stage where contestants build confidence, forge lifelong bonds, and step into their power. Now entering the 2026 season, we are seeking the next generation of titleholders ready to lead with purpose.

"A Childhood Dream That Became a Legacy of Women's Empowerment, Cultural Unity, and Humanitarian Service."

Founder & President, Ms International Texas
My journey began with a little girl's dream of becoming a princess. Although life had different plans for me, that dream remained in my heart and eventually inspired a lifelong passion for pageantry, leadership, community service, and empowering women.
Years later, I rediscovered my love for pageantry while coordinating pageants in my hometown. One of my most treasured memories was crowning my own niece as a little princess. That meaningful experience reminded me that pageantry is not simply about wearing a crown — it is about building confidence, inspiring dreams, and creating opportunities for others.
In 1997, I began volunteering with the Asian American Pageant, followed by my involvement with PCCI in 1998. For more than a decade, I dedicated my time to organizing fundraising events, mentoring candidates, and supporting cultural celebrations throughout North Texas.
In 2005, I stepped away from the board to fulfill my own dream of competing onstage. As a Mrs. Philippine Lead fundraising candidate, I proudly earned the title of 1st Runner-Up, Mrs. Luzon Philippines. That experience strengthened my belief that true beauty is reflected in confidence, determination, generosity, and service to others.
Beyond pageantry, my professional and community leadership experiences helped shape the vision of Ms International Texas. As a former AIG Manager for six years, I led and mentored 13 insurance agents representing different nationalities.
My leadership journey includes serving as President of the Dallas Filipino Lions Club (2025–2027), President of the Asian American Insurance & Financial Professional Association (2023–2025), President of NTAACA (2014–2016), and President of the Philippine Republic Day Celebration (2016–2022). I also created the Queen of Jewels and Little & Teen Princess Pageants and am a lifetime member of the Philippine Chamber of Commerce.
In 2016, my childhood dream grew into a greater purpose: Ms International Texas. In 2019, that vision officially became a reality.
I founded Ms International Texas with one belief: Every woman deserves the opportunity to shine. Regardless of nationality, cultural background, height, or marital status — whether single, divorced, married, or widowed — women ages 18 and above deserve a platform where they can celebrate their individuality, proudly represent their heritage, showcase their artistic talents, and discover their confidence.
Today, Ms International Texas brings women from different countries and cultures together through friendship, respect, leadership, and a shared commitment to making a positive difference. It is a platform dedicated to humanitarian service. We proudly support Helping Hands Global Foundation and its humanitarian and medical missions, including the upcoming India and Nepal Humanitarian Mission on February 15, 2027.
Through our pageant, we encourage every candidate and titleholder to embrace the responsibility of leadership, champion meaningful causes, and extend compassion to communities in need. My greatest hope is that every woman who joins Ms International Texas leaves with something more valuable than a crown: renewed confidence, lifelong friendships, pride in her heritage, and a heart committed to serving others.
A crown represents leadership.
A crown carries a responsibility.
A crown gives women a voice and an opportunity to serve humanity.
What began as one little girl's dream has become a mission to inspire women of all cultures and generations.
And that is the legacy I hope Ms International Texas will continue for years to come.
Be Proud. Be Confident. Be International.
